Former 20 yr TV News Reporter, Jill ( Conway) McDowell is now a top producing Real Estate Agent on Long Island. Jill is a sales expert, top notch negotiator and real estate consultant . She hosts weekly video real estate reports on social media highlighting for her local market and co-hosted a weekly radio talk show on WHLI 1100 AM. She is eager to share her knowledge and advice on multiple platforms . Jill is an expert at marketing and has appeared on a cable news station discussing the real estate market. Jill is a Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), a Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the NY Association of Realtors.
After 20 years as a TV news reporter and anchor at News 12 Long Island , WB 11 in NYC and TV 55, and covering such high profile events in our nation such as the 9/11 attacks, the TWA Flight 800 disaster, Presidential elections and Papal visits, Jill decided to leave news to spend more time with her family and pursue her love of real estate. She now has a thriving business on suffolk county’s north shore. Jill loves to combine her previous news experience with her real estate expertise. She is a member of the St.James Chamber of Commerce and the Smithtown Chamber of Commerce and is active in her community and at her alma mater of St.Anthony's High School.
